Twenty five new Richmond CASA volunteers take the oath to serve.

Two volunteer trainee classes were sworn in at the Oliver Hill Courts Building in 2009, yielding a total of twenty five new volunteers who took the oath to serve abused and neglected children in Richmond when appointed to do so by the judges in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court in the City of Richmond.
