April 2010 - Eighteen new Richmond CASA volunteers take the oath to serve abused and neglected children in Richmond.

The 2010 Spring training class was one of the most diverse, interesting, engaged and passionate, as well as one of the largest classes, to undertake the task of learning to be a child advocate. Thirty hours of training in March and April, along with courtroom observation at the Oliver Hill Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, prepared them for their honorable role as the voice for a child in court. THANK YOU to the new volunteers...and CONGRATULATIONS!
